My name is...

My aunt and uncle gave this to us - what an amazing gift! When we chose Zawadi as her name, we knew that it meant gift and that she would undoubtedly be the best gift we could ask for. It was awesome to learn more about her name and it will be interesting to see if she lives up to the description.

Growin Up

Zawadi is growing bigger and stronger every day and continues to amaze us daily. She just weighed in at 9lbs 9 oz, which explains why none of her newborn clothes fit her any more. This picture really made us stop and think about how quickly she is growing up on us and how we need to appreciate and cherish every moment with our little Bug.

Naked nut!

Zawadi loves being in on her changing table and she loves it even more when she is free of her diaper and clothes. This is adorable now, I just hope this love of being naked doesn't continue into her toddler years, lol.

Lunch date with the ladies

Gina, Leah, and I took the girls to Panera for their very first lunch date. We had great food and great conversation. Abby was so funny snatching bread from Leah's plate, she is so adorable. Jada slept most of the meal and Zawadi decided Panera is one of her favorite places to be, smiling at the lights the whole time.
